I tailored costumes for McCoy Rigby Entertainment's production of West Side Story. These skirts are beautiful in motion!
The production company was founded by Broadway legend Cathy Rigby and her husband, Tom McCoy. I called and offered to donate props to their production of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
I spoke with Tom McCoy on the phone. He told me that their run of Hunchback had just wrapped up, but that the show may return in the future. I was invited to visit their main office and share my props.
Mr. McCoy's assistant asked me about my sewing experience. When I told her how long I had been sewing, she said they always needed Stitchers (seamstresses) to mend and alter costumes. I eagerly accepted!
